Our Mission
New Vistas Academy views its mission as enriching the quality of life of students,
by offering them the oppurtunity to achieve excellence in the Academics and the Arts.
New Vistas educational philosophy is based upon individualized learning. We seek to provide a bridge leading from a life of spontaneous activity, and intimate surroundings of home and neighborhood of the child in to our school where the child takes part in an organized experience of learning. Unlike a great number of schools where the bridge has led to many sighs, disappointments, fear, failure and drop-outs.
New Vistas fosters excitement and joy in the ongoing process of learning, and extended family-like atmosphere, a comfortable supportive climate where students experience a sense of belonging, a feeling of responsibility, a need for participating, sharing and a desire for achieving.
We strive to be unique and innovative, offering students a structure that
differs from the average school. Our new teaching methodologies help students
make the transition from home to preschool, nurturing the children,s natural
inquisitiveness, from preschool to elementary. from elementary to high school
New Vistas believes in the concept that prepares students for the challenge of life
in a fast-paced society. It considers learning as a dynamic interaction, incorporating a variety of learning methods, such as accelerated learning, participating-learning, exploratory options brings novelty to the classrooms. These approaches will continue to be cornerstones of New Vistas education.
